Overview
On March 2, 2026 Wisdom Bioscience, a developer of non-invasive oral cancer diagnostics and screening, announced the formation of a Scientific Advisory Board and named Giulia Kennedy among its members, alongside Arnold Levine, John Sninsky, Martin Goldberg and Tin Tin Su.12
The role
The company described the board as leading experts in cell-free DNA, oncology screening and molecular diagnostics across research, development and commercialization, who will provide strategic scientific and clinical guidance as it advances its product pipeline and expands its service offerings.1
The release’s biography of Kennedy is the most recent summary of her career in a primary source. It names her Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of PinkDx, “a molecular diagnostic company focused on women’s gynecological cancers”, and says that at Veracyte she “led the development and commercialization of eight genomic diagnostic tests that changed the standard of patient care”. It also records her Ph.D. in biochemistry and postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Francisco in the Biochemistry Department and Hormone Research Institute.12
In sequence
The appointment is her second advisory role since leaving Veracyte, after the Acuamark Diagnostics board seat in April 2023, and it came a month before PinkDx published its first peer-reviewed study.
