Synopsis

Analytical validation of the Percepta Bronchial Genomic Classifier, which was developed and clinically validated to classify lung nodules and lesions that are inconclusive by bronchoscopy using bronchial brushing specimens. Kennedy is eleventh of twelve authors. Her Percepta-era authorship rests on this paper, the 2020 BMC Medical Genomics GSC paper and the 2024 Chest nasal swab paper; she is not an author of the Silvestri NEJM 2015 or Whitney 2015 Percepta papers.
