Synopsis

The development paper for the RNA sequencing-based Percepta Genomic Sequencing Classifier, built with ensemble and hierarchical models across multiple cohorts. The final GSC model uses 1,232 genes and four clinical covariates: age, pack-years, inhaled medication use and specimen collection timing. Kennedy is fourteenth of sixteen authors.
