Synopsis

Inferring BRAF V600E mutation status from microarray RNA expression data: prospectively obtained fine-needle aspiration biopsies from 716 nodules with more than 3,000 features, BRAF labels set by quantitative PCR for training (n=181) and independent test (n=535) sets, and 90.4% positive and 99.0% negative percent agreement with qPCR on the test set. The paper appears in Veracyte's publication list; the full author list was not retrieved and the year (presented November 2014; proceedings 2015) is recorded as Veracyte lists it.
